Izzi Return & Exchange Policy.
At Izzi, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. Each garment is created with intention, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the guidelines below:
Return Eligibility.
We accept returns and exchanges on:
- Ready-to-wear pieces in their original condition
- Items returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items.
Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Custom or made-to-measure pieces
- Garments that show signs of wear, have makeup stains, perfume scent, or any alteration
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange.
To begin your return, kindly:
- Email us at [info@houseofizzi.com] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are based on item availability.
International Returns.
For orders shipped outside Nigeria:
- Returns must be marked as “Returned Merchandise” on customs forms
- Izzi is not responsible for customs duties incurred on returned packages
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Damaged or Incorrect Orders.
your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
